Roll cleanup
This tracks the two-year process in ¶228.2.b for the names that actually need it. Most names on an old roll do not — someone who has died, joined another church, asked to transfer, or simply moved has a faster and more appropriate path. Work through those first.
Professing members only. ¶228.2.b’s procedure is written for the professing roll, and Section V gives no parallel process for baptized members, so they are listed below but not offered for review.
Church details, used to fill in the correspondence
Letters are addressed from the membership secretary rather than the pastor, following ¶228.2.b, which assigns this work to the membership secretary, the church council, and the evangelism ministry chairperson alongside the pastor.
